The free tier is free forever: 2,000 characters a day with no account, or 5,000 a day once you sign in, with 12 of the 66 voices available. Pro is $9.99 a month, $24.99 a quarter, or $59.99 a year, and unlocks every voice, the Long-Form Studio, podcast episodes up to 30,000 characters, voice cloning and the Jobs API (a free account already gets an API key for the free voices). A one-off $4.99 7-day pass also exists for a single project with no subscription attached. There is no credit card requirement on the free tier and no trial that converts silently.

Open your account page and choose Cancel subscription — it takes two clicks and there is no retention phone call. Your Pro access stays live until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; after that the account moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: your account, your saved presets and any voices you cloned stay exactly where they are, and re-subscribing later restores Pro access to the same account. You can also cancel directly in the Stripe billing portal from the same screen.

Yes, once. If you are cancelling because you are between projects, the cancel flow offers a one-month billing pause instead — we skip your next charge and restart billing a month later, and your account, presets and cloned voices stay put so there is nothing to set up again when you come back. The pause is one-time per account. If you would rather come back on demand, the $4.99 7-day pass covers a single project with no subscription.

Use the Send feedback button at easyvoice.ae or email support@easytech.ae within 14 days of your first payment on any plan or pass, from the address you paid with, and we refund it in full — no reason required. We issue the refund within 5 business days of your request; your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post it.

Generated audio is kept for six months and then deleted — on the 1st of each month we remove the month that has passed six months. Download anything you want to keep; your generation history (the text and the settings) stays in your account. Treat every generated file as temporary. Download it as soon as you are happy with it — audio links are not guaranteed to persist, and we would rather you have the file on disk than rely on our storage.

A preview of the text you generate is stored as part of your generation history so you can find and replay past audio, and you can delete any single history entry yourself. Using the Send feedback button at easyvoice.ae from the email address on your account gets your whole account actioned within 30 days, which removes your generation history and stored audio.

You own the audio you generate. We do not claim rights over your content. No attribution is required — monetised YouTube videos, podcasts, audiobooks, courses, client deliverables and commercial apps are all in scope, with no per-project licence, no royalty and no seat count. Two honest caveats: some platforms impose their own AI-disclosure rules (YouTube's synthetic-content checkbox for realistic scenes and sensitive topics, or audiobook distributors requiring disclosure), and those are the platform's rules, not ours.

Yes, for audio you generate from a voice you were entitled to clone. You may only clone voices you own or hold explicit, documented permission for, confirmed by a one-time consent attestation, and every clip generated from a cloned voice carries an inaudible AudioSeal watermark embedded at synthesis time, before the file is written, which survives re-encoding.

2,000 characters a day without an account, or 5,000 a day once you're signed in, resetting daily. 12 voices from the catalogue of 66 across 9 languages, and up to 5,000 characters in a single request once you're signed in (a request can never exceed what's left of your daily 5,000; the same applies to a free API key). Your very first generation as an anonymous visitor is always allowed, up to 10,000 characters, so signing up never looks like a downgrade. The Long-Form Studio and the podcast generator beyond the daily short episode are Pro-only; voice cloning is included with Pro and the 7-Day Pass.

Pro removes the daily character cap entirely and there is no per-generation credit system. The honest boundary is fair use, which exists so one automated pipeline cannot degrade the service for everyone else — no normal creator workload approaches it. Fair use is 10,000,000 characters per rolling 30 days, counted across the studio, the API, MCP, long-form jobs and podcasts together. Past that line the account is slowed, never blocked or billed: generation is paced per account to 10,000 characters a minute (3,000 characters a minute past 20,000,000) on every surface, the studio included, and API and MCP requests, across all of the account's keys, to 30 a minute (10 a minute past 20,000,000). A paced request waits up to 20 seconds for its turn and is then served; a longer wait answers HTTP 429 fair_use_paced with Retry-After. Jobs wait behind other customers' jobs for up to 30 minutes and start when the account's character budget allows. The slowdown lifts by itself once the rolling total falls back below the line. No overage charges, ever. The per-request cap on Pro is 50,000 characters; cloned voices generate synchronously up to 2,000 characters, with longer cloned scripts running as background jobs; Arabic voices generate synchronously up to 12,000 characters. Pro tickets answered first — same-day on weekdays.

Yes, on every plan: a free account can create an API key for the 12 free voices on the same 5,000-character daily pool, and Pro unlocks every voice, the Jobs API and the Pro MCP tools. The speech endpoint at /api/v1/audio/speech follows the OpenAI TTS request shape with a Bearer API key, so most OpenAI TTS integrations migrate by changing the base URL and the API key; OpenAI's six voice names work as they are (a free key can use nova only). There is also an MCP server for calling EasyVoice directly from an AI agent.
