Privacy Policy

What We Collect

• Account information (email, name) when you sign up
• Usage data (characters generated, voices used)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card)
• How you found us, when analytics is allowed in your browser: the website you came from, any campaign tags in the link you used and the first page you opened. We save it on your account when you sign up, and it is removed if your account is deleted.
• A preview of the text you generate, stored as part of your generation history so you can find and replay past audio from your account. You can delete any history entry, and we do not use your text to train models or share it with anyone.
• Your answers to optional in-app surveys about products we are considering, saved on your account with the date, your plan and which version of the studio you were using; we use them only to decide what to build, and they are deleted if your account is deleted.

What We Don't Collect

• Generated audio is kept for six months and then deleted — on the 1st of each month we remove the month that has passed six months. Download anything you want to keep; your generation history (the text and the settings) stays in your account.
• We do not sell your data to third parties

Cookies & Analytics

We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember your studio settings and, for ten minutes at most, remember that you ticked the marketing box on the signup page while you sign in with Google. Analytics cookies are optional: in the EEA and the UK they are switched off until you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

• ev_v3_arm and ev_v3_optout: a random code that keeps the version of the studio you see the same between visits while we compare two designs. They hold no personal information and expire after at most one year.
• ev_src: remembers how you first reached this site, so we can tell which websites and campaigns bring people to EasyVoice. It holds the domain of the website you came from (not the full address), any campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the first page you opened (its path only, never anything after a question mark). We set it ourselves, it is not shared with anyone and it does not follow you to other sites. It is optional like analytics: in the EEA and the UK it stays off until you accept the cookie notice. It lasts 30 days. If you create an account, we save these values on your account and remove the cookie.
• Google Analytics 4 (property G-MSQTP7Z00H) — sets _ga and _ga_* cookies to count visits and see which pages help people. No advertising, no remarketing, no data selling.
• PostHog (hosted in the EU) — product analytics and session replay, so we can see which pages and steps help people. It keeps an anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage (no cookies) and, once you are signed in, links it to your account ID, email address, name and plan. Recordings mask everything you type, the text you ask us to speak and any copy of it, and never cover account, billing or API-key pages. Optional: in the EEA and the UK it stays off until you accept the cookie notice. No advertising, no data selling.
• Stripe — payment processing and hosted checkout; Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention when you open a checkout page.
• Resend — sends transactional and account email (receipts, password resets, billing notices), and the product and marketing email described under Email We Send You, according to your choices.
• Sentry — error tracking, so we find broken pages before you have to report them.
• Google OAuth — sign-in, if you choose to sign in with Google.

Email We Send You

Service email always continues: receipts, billing and cancellation notices, password resets and other messages about your account and what you have bought. These are part of running your account, so the unsubscribe link and the switches do not turn them off.

Product email is the welcome and getting-started messages, feature updates and check-ins we send after you sign up. It can include suggestions to upgrade and, if you cancel a paid plan or a payment fails, a message that may offer a discount to come back. We send product email unless you switch it off, under Email preferences in your account or with the unsubscribe link in any of these emails.

Marketing email is separate and optional: promotional campaigns, such as tips and offers, beyond the product email above. We only send it if you say yes, by ticking the box when you sign up or by switching on Tips and offers under Email preferences in your account. It is off for everyone otherwise. You can withdraw at any time, by switching it off in your account or with the unsubscribe link in any email we send, and we stop. Using that link stops product email too. We keep a record of when you agreed or withdrew and which wording you were shown, so we can prove it later. It holds no IP address.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Use Send feedback from the email address on your account and we will action it within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your generation history and stored audio. Where we rely on your consent, as we do for marketing email, you can withdraw it at any time without giving a reason.
