Service

EasyVoice provides text-to-speech conversion using AI voice models. The service is offered as-is with no guarantee of availability.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Do not impersonate others using generated voices
• Do not abuse the free tier (automated scraping, excessive requests)
• Do not resell API access without permission

Payments

• Pro subscriptions are billed via Stripe: $9.99/month, $24.99/quarter, or $59.99/year
• The 7-Day Unlimited Pass is a one-time $4.99 purchase — 7 days of Pro studio access, no subscription, no auto-renewal
• Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
• Email support@infodriven.ae within 14 days of your first payment on any plan or pass and we refund it in full — no form, no reason required. We issue the refund within 5 business days of your request; your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post it.
• Outside the guarantee window, no refunds for partial billing periods — cancelling keeps access until the period ends
• Accounts terminated for Acceptable Use or Voice Cloning violations are not eligible for refunds

Unlimited & Fair Use

Pro is unlimited for real products and real audiences — narrate your videos, your app, your audiobooks without counting characters. Fair use is 10,000,000 characters per month (roughly 180+ hours of finished audio); past that we may throttle to protect other users before we ever bill you. No overage charges, ever. Reselling raw API or generation capacity is the one thing fair use excludes.

Voice Cloning

• You may only clone voices that you own or for which you have explicit, documented consent from the voice owner. Uploading a voice sample constitutes your attestation that you hold these rights.
• Impersonation of public figures, celebrities, or any third party without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Using cloned voices to commit fraud, spread misinformation, or engage in any deceptive or harmful conduct is forbidden.
• Violation of these voice cloning terms will result in immediate account termination and permanent suspension of cloning access, without refund.
• All audio generated using a cloned voice is inaudibly watermarked. This watermark is retained in all output formats and cannot be removed by the user.

Intellectual Property

You own the audio you generate. We do not claim rights over your content. The Kokoro-82M model is licensed under Apache 2.0.

Limitation of Liability

EasyVoice is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to EasyVoice is limited to the total fees you paid us in the trailing 12 months — the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. For material changes — anything that affects what you pay, what you own, or how we may terminate your account — we will email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use EasyVoice after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you would rather not, cancel before the effective date and the 14-day money-back guarantee still applies to your most recent payment if you are inside its window.

Governing Law

EasyVoice is operated by InfoDriven from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the onshore courts of Dubai (the Dubai Courts), and not the DIFC Courts.
